Employers worldwide are seeking and failing to find in new recruits many skills that are critical for success.Skills that enable employees to work as part of a team, communicate effectively, take decisions, lead, adapt to change and solve problems creatively are not often found in fresh graduates.Education does not impart these synovex one grass skills as efficiently as it does academic knowledge and subject-specific skills.A change in the pedagogy and content of education is required to bridge the increasing skills gap we face today.
